Terms and Conditions

 

The Conference

The Conference is organised by the ISDTP-UK on behalf of the IEDTA. The conference fee includes lunch, coffee, tea and other refreshments, and a copy of the conference handbook and must be paid in full before the conference date.

 

Confirmation of your booking

We will confirm your booking by email.

If you are paying by credit card we will send you confirmation of your place 3-5 working days from receipt of your booking.

Please contact us if you have not received confirmation 7-10 days after submitting your booking form.

 

Hotel accommodation

This is not included within the conference fee. If you choose accommodation from the links on the conference website you will be entering into an agreement with that accommodation provider and will be subject to their terms and conditions.

 

Cancellations

We acknowledge that some cancellations are inevitable and we will apply the following refund policy.

Cancellation up to 60 days before the conference 50% refund.

Cancellation up to 30 days before the conference 25% refund.

Cancellation less that 30 days before the conference no refund

Programme Changes

The ISDTP-UK reserves the right to make changes to the conference programme and substitute presenters, should this be necessary the cancellations policy will still apply. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled the organisers shall not be liable for any associated costs such astravel and accommodation booking/cancellation costs that individuals might have incurred.

 

Confidentiality

The conference will include audio visual recordings of clinical material. When you attend the conference you will be asked to sign a confidentiality statement.

You will be asked to agree that you will not discuss or present any of the clinical material outside of the conference in such a way that the client might be identified.

You will be asked that if the client shown is known to you in any capacity other than professionally you will declare the fact and absent yourself from that part of the proceedings.


Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute.
